Joyner Michael White was born in Detroit and signed by the Indians in 1959. Drafted by the expansion Colt .45s, he made his debut with Houston in 1963. He played through the 1965 season and hit .264 over those three years with Houston, the only time he spent in the big leagues. The vast majority of White's career was the 1964 season where he appeared in 89 games. |
