The veteran infielder was signed by the Astros before the 2011 season after playing for the Brewers, Mariners and Red Sox. Slated to be the team's regular second baseman, Hall struck out at an alarming rate and was released after two months. After completing his big league career with the Orioles, Hall's eleven seasons compiled a .248 average, 125 homers, 440 RBIs and a .744 OPS.
