Unrelated to Texas legend Roger Clemens, the South Carolinian was included in the 2011 trade that sent Michael Bourn to Atlanta. Paul made his debut with the Astros in 2013. In 48 games over two seasons, Clemens posted a 4-8 record with a 5.51 ERA before he was granted free agency. In 2016, he pitched for the Marlins and Padres in what is likely his last tour in the majors. For his career, the righthander owns an 8-13 record with a 4.89 ERA in 66 appearances.
